Council seeks to engage the services of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Union Road intersections and Ascot Vale library frontage upgrade works (Stage 2).
The delivery of civil and landscape works at the frontage of Ascot Vale Library to create an outdoor seating space - consisting of civil, service relocation, drainage works, decking feature paving, furniture, lighting, gardens beds and planting.
The delivery of the intersection of the Parade (east) and St Leonards Road (west) along Union Road - consisting of civil, drainage works, feature paving, furniture, gardens beds and planting.
