Tender Description
The provision of a quality assured contract for the reconstruction of Rosehill Street between Zerfas Street and Johann Avenue, Scoresby, involving the following quantities: removal of concrete (437sqm), removal of kerb and channel (1082m), agricultural drains (1092m), reinforced concrete pipe 225 dia. (7.8m), concrete kerb and channel (819m) vehicle crossings (195m), pram crossings (68m) concrete paving (260sqm), reinforced concrete paving (187sqm), asphalt overlay (4243sqm) and associated linemarking, landscaping and pit modifications.
Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.
Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of twenty (20) weeks.
A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 4.00pm, Wednesday 6 September 2017. Tender schedules will be made available in word format following the pre-tender meeting along with the pre-tender meeting minutes as an addendum.
