Swinburne University of Technology is seeking tenders for the the refurbishment of building SPW at 20 Wakefield St, Hawthorn. The project encompasses the refurbishment of part Ground, Level 1 and 2.

The project objectives are as follows:
* High quality, inspirational design that responds to the character and vision of Swinburne and meets the Faculty of Health’s pedagogical requirements.
* Expand and enhance the current learning facilities to create a safe and protective educational environment for the benefit of students and staff.
* Deliver the project within the agreed timeframe and budget.
* Provide buildings that reflect optimal practice for efficient energy use and sustainable design. Swinburne University of Technology is committed to protecting the environment and addressing the environmental challenges facing future generations. A Green Star rating will not be sought.
