SOPA is seeking a single operator to provide catering services for multiple sites across a portfolio of sporting venues at Sydney Olympic Park (SOP). This exciting new opportunity involves the following purpose built venues within the SOP site;
* SOP Aquatic Centre,
* SOP Athletic Centre,
* SOP Hockey Centre,
* SOP Sports Centre,
* SOP Sports Halls.
All venues host major national and international sporting events, school carnivals and cultural events, as well as being open to the public for recreational purposes & domestic competition. This unique opportunity involves a food strategy across multiple permanent & event day only outlets in premium, high traffic locations.
