Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced, competent and skilled principal design consulting organisations, wishing to be pre-registered to tender for the Newcastle Airport Terminal Development Program.
The scope of work incorporates building investigation and onsite verification, survey & service location, geotechnical investigation, planning & environmental assessment, architectural and interior design, acoustic assessment, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic & vertical transport engineering, quantity surveying, and certification.
