Tender Description
This contract relates to the construction of Hunt Club Recreational Reserve.
The Works comprise but are not limited to:
1. Provision for traffic management and protection of the Works
2. Setting out of the Works
3. Clearing and grubbing
4. Demolition including sawcutting, breaking-out and removal of existing pavement and kerb and channel
5. Earthworks for road and oval works
6. Construction of a Right Turn Lane, Car Park and associated infrastructure
7. Installation of footpaths
8. Installation of stormwater drainage and sub-surface drains;
9. Construction of a AFL / Cricket Oval and associated infrastructure
10. Topsoiling and seeding of nature strips and disturbed areas.
