VicRoads is seeking a Request For Proposal (RFP) from the market for the provision of Property and Facilities Management Services. VicRoads is exploring the current market through this RFP to identify a suitably qualified field of suppliers (either as a single provider or a consortia arrangement) to deliver quality, value for money services and other essential outcome benefits for VicRoads.

VicRoads has a portfolio of approximately 2,800 properties across the State acquired for future road purposes and is seeking a suitably qualified provider to ensure that the portfolio is effectively managed, that returns are optimised and associated land owner risks are managed diligently. It is expected that the duration of the services will be up to eight (8) years.
