Home Energy Assist: Affordable Retrofits (Phase 1)

The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender for the delivery of a retrofit project. The project aims to improve the energy efficiency of the homes of 100 concession and low income Victorians through energy efficiency assessments, subsidised home retrofits and appliance replacements, and information provision. The project will offer 50% subsidies for approved energy efficiency and solar PV retrofits to enable households to make bigger upgrades than they would otherwise make.
The services requested of the successful tenderer include: delivery of in-home energy assessments; conducting energy literacy training; installation of energy efficiency and renewable energy retrofits; managing household co-contributions to retrofits; and evaluation and reporting on project outcomes.
