Upgrade Microwave Network

⁠⁠⁠Goulburn-Murray Water seeks to replace the links (two off) that currently operate between Cussen St and Burramboot and Burramboot and Rochester.

This specification will be an attachment to official GMW tender material the will seek submissions for the supply of equipment and the associated installation services to:
1. Deploy new hardware and licences in order to provide higher bandwidth end to end from Casey St to Rochester by replacing two link systems:
a. Cussen St to Mt Burramboot
b. Mt Burramboot to Rochester
2. Take the above two separate link systems, one 6GHz 1+1 and on 11GHz 1+0 offline to expand existing spare hardware capabilities to theoretically enable an extended operating life to the remainder of the deployed hardware fleet.

All components of the above mentioned two links are to be replaced.

A site inspection is a MANDATORY condition of tender. This site inspection is to be held on 22nd August 2017, refer to the attached Agenda for locations details and site inspection process. Please email louise.belford@gmwater.com.au to advise attendance. Non-attendance will exclude you from acceptance of your tender.
