Tender Description
The works of this contract comprise the supply, installation and commissioning of standard packaged waist level metered water dispensing stations across GVW, to replace the existing overhead metered standpipes. The scope of works is as follows:
- Provide an approved automatic direct billing system for customer’s credit and debit cards to a nominated GVW bank account (TBC).
- Provide for GVW supplied and registered swipe cards that enable data collection for monthly billing for those registered users.
- Provide a system that incorporates waist high connections for tankers and smaller tap filling options
- Provide capacity within the footprint of the package station so as to allow installation of hardware for connectivity to the GVW SCADA system for future remote monitoring and control (isolation)
- As connection to fixed electrical power supply may not be available, to providesolar power at all sites with battery backup capable of two days capacity.
