Tender Description
TransLink Division of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites Offers for the provision of a technology solution for a Passenger Transport Contract Administration and Payments (PTCAP) Solution and associated services.
The scope of this ITO includes:
a) Licensed Software provided as a hosted software solution (Software as a Service);
b) Software Development and Modification Services for delivery of configuration and customisation (if any) using an Agile Methodology;
c) Software Support Services on an ongoing basis;
d) ICT Contracting and Consultancy Services;
e) Managed Services; and
f) Data Services.
Any subsequent contract will be on the terms of the Government Information Technology Contracting Framework (GITC) version 5.03.
