Invitation to Tender No. 7/2017 Cowells Lane Reserve, Ermington, Creek Rehabilitation Works, Stage 2.
Tenders are invited from experienced waterway rehabilitation contractors to carry out the final stage of creek rehabilitation works (Stage 2) at Cowells Lane Reserve, located in Upper Ponds Creek, Ermington.
The proposed works include:
* Earthworks
* Bank and sewer crossing stabilisation
* Scour protection and creek bed grade adjustment works
* Tie in works with previously completed sections
* Supply and placement of sandstone logs
* Keying into existing headwall
* Riparian planting
* Maintenance of the works
A final decision will be made regarding this Tender in early October 2017, with works anticipated to commence late October 2017.
No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au.
