Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable Air Conditioning Contractors to undertake the upgrades to the air conditioning services for The Centre Ivanhoe.

Contractors should note that Council intends to award the contract by the end of September 2017. Due to the usage of the building contractors are to confirm whether they will be able to complete the works between the 16th of December 2017 and the 5th of February 2018. If this is not feasible contractors to provide an alternative timeframes and any other relevant clarifications with their tender.

Tenders close at 3:00pm Tuesday 29th August 2017.

All Tenders are to be uploaded electronically through Banyule’s eTender portal. Tenders received by email, fax, hard copy or advised verbally will NOT be accepted.
