Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Review of the National Biosecurity Plan for the avocado industry (AV17001).
The objectives of the services are to help Hort Innovation and the citrus industry to:
* Support the Australian Avocado industry in discharging its obligations as a signatory to the EPPRD
* Ensure that the industry and stakeholders have identified exotic pest risks and the mitigation actions necessary to managing its biosecurity risks effectively
* Establish a soundly based agenda for future investment in biosecurity-related research, development and extension.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
The closing date for responses is 5.00 pm (AEDT), Friday 11 August 2017.
