Tender Description
Development Victoria is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced residential project builders to construct 104 townhouses across four stages in the Point Cook Town Centre.
CIRQ is adjacent to the Point Cook Shopping Centre, and is the first in a pipeline of medium density built form developments that we plan to deliver in the coming five years. Over 40 presales have been secured since the projects launch in May.
Builders must be Registered Building Practitioners in Victoria with the capacity and capability to deliver over 100 dwellings in the coming 18-24 months.
