Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations in regard to the provision of an integrated Corporate Information System (CIS) and associated implementation, support and other value added services including but not necessarily limited to Common Features and the components of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRMS), Asset Management (AM), Financial Management System (FMS), Human Resources and Payroll (HRPAY), Land Information Systems (LIS) plus other Corporate functions.
Council will likely adopt a phased implementation approach for the selected CIS replacement systems.
Council requires the Finance components of the CIS to be implemented by July 1, 2018.
