Tender Description
The parking strategy for Bunjil Place Precinct includes approximately 926 parking, spaces - of which 22 spaces are not included in the tender. Inclusive are Four (4) dynamic parking signs are to be supplied and erected.
Tenderer will provide Council with a fully tested and working solution that:
* Allows Council to manage vehicle parking within the Bunjil Place precinct
* Identifies vehicle overstays in accordance with parking restriction in place
* Allows community members to view vehicle parking availability within the Bunjil Place precinct via directional integrated signage.
* Allows community members to view vehicle parking availability through an online portal or similar.
* Seamlessly integrates with Pinforce infringement delivery system
* Is easy for Council officers to administer and configure
* Integrates with existing dynamic parking guidance signage
* Fits with Council's current IT operating environment
