Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Construction of Traffic Treatments in Wilson Street Cheltenham.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
* Construction of 4 raised asphalt slow points.
* Construction of 1 roundabout and associated islands.
* Part Asphalt resheet of the road pavement in Wilson Street.
* Comprehensive sign layout and linemarking for the slow points and roundabout.
It is Council’s intention to award the contract during August/September 2017. Works must be completed by the 15th December 2017. The contractor’s ability to meet this timeline will be a critical component of the Tender evaluation. All short listed Tenderers will be asked to verify, through a written submission, company history in meeting timelines and current available resource levels.
