Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for 3D Printer Suppliers/Technicians interested in providing Service and Maintenance support for MNHHS fleet of 3D Printers. MNHHS currently has a fleet of 3D printers that were purchased in 2015 which now require service & maintenance support due to expired warranties. These printers are located at two separate facilities, the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH), however MNHHS may add to the current fleet and have them in other facilities within the MNHHS area of operations. The key outcome of this tender is to ensure the continued serviceability of the printers.
The service must provide:
* Preventative maintenance plans
* Breakdown Support
* Adequate response times
* Online and phone support
