Submissions are sought from suitably qualified consultants for the preparation of a Business Plan on behalf of the Ultima Progress Association for the maintenance requirements of the Ultima Rural Transaction Centre building.
This Business Plan will help the Rural Transaction Centre building remain in a useable state.
