Tender Description
Melton City Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to:
1. Prepare an Urban Design Framework (UDF) for the Toolern Employment and Mixed Use Land as identified in the Toolern Precinct Structure Plan (PSP).
2.Revise the current Toolern Town Centre Urban Design Framework, 2012.
3.Parts 1 and 2 of the project will be prepared simultaneously to ensure a holistic approach across the UDF documents, noting the final output will be two UDF documents with a common Background Report and technical reports.
