Australian Catholic University (ACU) was established in 1990 through incorporation as a public company limited by guarantee, incorporated pursuant to the Corporations Act. ACU is a public university, funded by the Commonwealth Government, and is open to students and staff of all religious beliefs.
The University has approximately 33,500 students and 3,500 staff spread across seven (7) campuses: Melbourne, Ballarat, Strathfield, North Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, and Adelaide. Headquarters are located in North Sydney.
The Australian Catholic University (ACU) currently has an appliance based Video Conferencing (VC) system which is moving towards EOSL (End of Sales/Life). Technology has evolved and there is now a need to integrate the current Polycom platform with Microsoft Skype for Business in order to facilitate a consistent user experience. After careful consideration, the decision was made to move towards a Polycom Realpresence Clariti environment.
ACU is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to provide the required goods and associated services.
