Quotations are invited from suitable qualified builders.
The works involve refurbishment of the Burch Memorial Preschool and are to include the replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings in children's toilet, replacement of cabinetry, floor linings throughout preschool, demolition of internal walls and miscellaneous refurbishment works.
The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.
Commencement Time: The works are to commence Monday 18th September, after receipt of an order.
Completion Time: The works are to be completed by the close of business on Sunday 15th October 2017.
