Council seeks a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to provide a range of Waste Management Consultancy services.

Council is seeking advice on various initiatives to improve Waste Management at the City of Kingston.
 
These initiatives include:
* Advice and preparation of Waste Collections contract specifications for inclusion in upcoming waste contract,
* Advise and preparations of Receipt of Recyclables contract specifications for inclusion in upcoming waste contract,
* Advise and development of Waste Minimisation Strategy to establish a plan for improving the management of municipal waste while increasing environmental sustainability,
* Advise on Council Waste Education Strategy to increase recycling and reduce consumption within the City of Kingston.
