The site is located at 21-23 Niblick Street, North Bondi NSW and has an approximate area of 676m2.
The site is generally flat, with a slight slope to the south and south-west. The nearest surface water body is Bondi Beach, located approximately 950m south-east of the site.
The site is being used as a public park with a children’s swing set. It is located generally within a low density residential setting, with some public recreational facilities located to the west of the site. It is understood that Council intends to keep the site use as a park.
The site is grass covered with the exception of a rubbish bin pad and a water tap base.
The works consist of remediation of the site and re-establishment of landscaping/furniture and fixtures.
