Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the demolition and construction of concrete footpath replacement.
Council intends to award to a panel of contractors.
Council shall be responsible for the following during the works:
* supervision of works
* supply of concrete
* provision of a tip truck for the removal of demolished concrete
* supply of traffic management
* service provider management
* stakeholder management
maintenance of a project officeThe Contractor shall provide:
* labour
* demolition of existing paving
* loading of demolished material
* machinery and tooling
* boxing and posts
An information session will be held in Meeting Room 2, Colac Otway Performing Arts & Cultural Centre (COPACC), 95-97 Gellibrand Street Colac on Wednesday 5 July 2017 at 3pm.
Submissions close at 2pm, Wednesday 19 July 2017. Submissions may be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box or at Colac Otway Shire Council offices, 2-6 Rae St Colac 3250. Late tenders will not be considered.
