Invitation to Tender

Horsham Rural City Council invites appropriately experienced and qualified Aquatic contractors to undertake the repair/refurbishment of Pool Water Treatment (PWT) system for the existing outdoor pool located at the Horsham Aquatic Centre.

This is the first stage of a number of stages being employed to upgrade the facilities at Horsham Aquatic Centre. Future works planned include removing the hob walls from the pool and installing wet deck gutters, new soil water, and filter water hydraulics, and new filtration plant to bring the pool filtration system in line with Industry best practice.

This specification is for the repair/upgrading of the existing reinforced concrete filters, replacement of the existing filtration pump and converting the pool to Calcium Hypochlorite from sodium Hypochlorite.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate ability and relevant experience within the industry to:
* Complete contracted works within set timelines,
* Use agreed materials and processes,
* Achieve the required quality of workmanship.

Works must be fully complete by Friday 27 October 2017.

Tenders close at 12 Noon, Thursday 6 July 2017.

Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender 17/036 Outdoor Pool Filtration/Repair Upgrade Construction Project” and uploaded to the e-Tender Portal on Council’s website at https://www.eprocure.com.au/horsham-rural-city-council/ in one zipped folder.
