WorkCover Queensland (WorkCover) is a government owned statutory authority, providing workers' compensation insurance in Queensland since 1997. A self-funded statutory authority, WorkCover strives to maintain Australia’s lowest average premium rate by continuously investing in efficient online customer services, experienced in-house claims management capability and sustainable premium and return to work outcomes for employers and injured workers.
A workload automation solution forms a critical part of WorkCover’s overall application and infrastructure solution and creates significant business impact if issues occur. The objective of the tender is to upgrade or replace the existing workload automation solution whilst meeting current and future operational, functional and technological requirements. WorkCover require a product which will meet needs over the next five years without the necessity for significant upgrade.
The successful solution should match functionality to requirements and represent the best possible value for money and cost effectiveness. Furthermore implementation should not cause disruption to critical business services and be completed by 31 December 2017.
