Landfield Corporation, as a progressive organisation operating a range of enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial development sectors, continues to expand. With significant JV investment in key resort and hotel projects underway in VIC, NSW and QLD, our operational interests have reached a stage in the development timelines where we seek solutions to our security requirements.

This EOI is an approach to market on two fronts. Firstly, for the provision of static guard security services for the construction sites, providing security for the development projects, asset protection and assurance for contractors. And secondly, for ongoing concierge security staff at all locations when they are complete and ready to function. The latter will include ground/building patrols and internal electronic and foot patrol monitoring, also on a 24/7 basis.

Specifically, expressions of interest are invited from qualified and appropriately licensed/accredited organisations that can demonstrate experience and capability in either one or both of the required security services, either on a single stand lone site basis, or to manage the needs on an all-in basis - that is, all sites in the three states.

Considered emphasis will be placed on efficiency, reliability, conformance and ongoing support in determining the outcome of this EOI.

With the contract envisaged to commence from July 2017, our approach to market seeks a solution for an initial one year term. The engagement may be extended thereafter (subject to satisfaction and service delivery standards being satisfactorily met) and may extend to additional development sites in that period.

Working with our stakeholders, and in coordination with our group management and operations teams, the determined solution will be implicit in ensuring our commitment to exceeding operational performances, assisting us on our path of continued growth.

Any agreement formed will be done so on an understanding that, both leading up to and during the term of engagement, successful Respondent(s) will play a key role in our overall security strategy and policy.
