Tender Description
Provide cleaning services as per specifications attached. The period of the proposed contract is for 3 years with possible extension of two twelve month periods at Woollahra Municipal Council’s (WMC) discretion. Performance requirements and reporting are also detailed in the specifications attached.
On a day to day basis, the contract will be managed by Brookfield GIS on behalf of Council. Brookfield GIS (BGIS) will be responsible for the delivery of this contract to Council.
