Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the general cleaning of public open space areas and amenities located across the Sunshine Coast region.
The objective of this Contract is to ensure that these public open space areas are maintained to present the highest possible level of cleanliness and presentation.
The services include, but are not limited to:
* Litter pick-up;
* Toilet and amenity block cleaning;
* Barbeque cleaning;
* Clearing of footpaths, bikeways, boardwalks and beach access paths;
* Kerb cleaning (litter and debris removal); and
* Hazard inspections and reporting.
This contract is structured into ten (10) Separable Portions (zones). Respondents can submit offers for one, any or all Separable Portions. Respondents are required to preference rank the Separable Portions they tender for.
