The City of Fremantle is in the process of designing a new civic building for its Council and Administrative needs. The project has now entered a stage where it is fully funded and moving into implementation, with City of Fremantle staff planning to move out of existing building later in 2017 to enable demolition of existing building and Construction of the new building, scheduled to commence in April 2018 and be fully completed by the end of 2019.
Administration staff are relocating to Fremantle Oval (ex Fremantle Dockers facility) later in 2017. In order to facilitate this move the City of Fremantle is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced electrical contractor to carry out electrical refurbishment works to the former Fremantle Football Club building at Fremantle Oval, in anticipation of the relocation.
Attached to this request are all the documents the contractor should require to produce a response to this RFT. Mechanical Design drawings and Architectural Design Drawings are supplied FOR INFORMATION ONLY and are not to be priced by the Contractor.
Respondents are to attend a Mandatory Site Meeting on Tuesday 06 June 2017 at 10am
