Design & Construction Services (2 x Synthetic Surface Bowling Greens)

⁠⁠⁠The Principal requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Detail Design, Documentation & Construction of Two (2) Synthetic Surface Bowling Greens located at the City of Cockburn's Bowling and Recreation Centre, Visko Park - Birchley Road, Yangebup.

The work will be undertaken at the same time as the construction of the new Visko Park Bowling and Recreation Centre by another Building Contractor on the adjoining building site.

Allowance must be made to coordinate with the adjoining Main Building Contractor in respect to site access and construction near adjoining building site boundaries.

It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract shall be awarded in July 2017 and design work shall commence immediately once the programme of works are received from the Main Building Contractor in order to coordinate with the Building Construction Contract; with an estimated total design, supply and installation period of twelve (12) weeks.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, fees and charges, chemicals, transport/cartage etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the proposed Contract.

Note:
1. Security Bank Guarantees: the successful Contractor shall be required to provide Bank Guarantees refer to Clause 6.86 of the Special Conditions of Contracts for details.

Preliminary design drawings have been prepared and a full statement of the design development services and construction works required under the proposed Contract appears in the Specification Part 2 and Special Conditions of Contract Part 6.

Tenderers are advised not to modify the layout of this document and attachments or submit an alternative format as this shall result in them being deemed non-compliant.
