You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide principal consultant master planning services to refresh JCU's 2010 Cairns Campus masterplan, including the addition of landscape planning.
The masterplan must be 'student centric', and embrace and invigorate the student experience. It must revitalise the academic core, improve the learning and research environs and integrate academic and residential life. It will also move vehicles to the periphery to the extent possible and facilitate safer and more efficient mobility for the University Community.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a three stage process comprising of EOI, Request for Tender (RFT) and Presentations. Shortlisted proponents formally notified in writing will be invited to participate in stages two and three.
