⁠⁠⁠Landfield Corporation is a progressive organisation operating multiple enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial development industries across Australia. Our expansion continues, enhanced by significant investment into key projects in VIC, NSW and QLD.

In line with our current growth agenda, we seek to engage the services of professional service providers that can manage a range of health and safety (OH&S) requirements, both onsite and off-site, including current development locations in the Yarra Valley (VIC), Sunshine Coast (QLD) and Byron Bay region (NSW).

With services envisaged to commence from mid-2017, this approach to market seeks to form strategic arrangements with organisations capable of delivering solutions to, without limitation, the following:

Our approach to market invites qualified individuals/organisations to participate in an Expression of Interest for the provision of the associated services in order to ensure risk minimisation and exceed minimum OH&S standards during and post construction phase of four (4) project developments.

We seek qualified, accredited and experienced service providers with extensive relevant commercial success, ideally with some exposure to resorts/accommodation/leisure and commercial construction.

Working with our stakeholders, and in coordination with our group management and operations teams, your role will be implicit in ensuring our commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding delivery expectations, including health and safety, and assisting us on a path of continued growth.

Given onsite involvement and the location of the development, there is a preference in our market approach through this EOI that Respondents be based within proximity of the development locations and/or be prepared to travel.
