Landfield Corporation is a progressive organisation operating several business divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial enterprise industries across eastern Australia. Our newest project addition, a resort development in Byron Bay region, NSW, with accommodation, function facility and restaurant, among other features, presents us with a need to contract with a range of suppliers and service providers.
We are currently approaching market, seeking submissions from experienced and qualified commercial project managers to coordinate manage the day to day activities associated with the construction of our resort, including liaising with and overseeing contractors/subcontractors in conjunction with a yet to be appointed head builder.
Participants in this EOI will need to demonstrable relevant experience in working as an overall project manager/coordinator, and be prepared to provide ongoing consultation with our stakeholders (including with our group management and operations teams), to ensure that our timeframes and deadlines are met.
