The proposed “Enclave” development on the 5,000m2 site at 48 Bride Street, Wynnum, will consist of:
* 60 new apartment dwellings across 3 distinct buildings
* 2 Retail Tenancies (200m2 of Retail space)
* 3 Commercial Tenancies (400m2 of Commercial Office space)
* 300m2 of pool recreation area
* 350m2 of rooftop recreation area
The existing single storey brick retail shops, two-storey library and on-grade parking will need to be demolished as part of these works prior to construction commencing.
