Tender Description
Phillip Island Nature Parks (The Nature Parks) is seeking principal construction companies with appropriate experience and qualifications to work with the Nature Parks, AECOM and Terroir Architects to deliver a the new Penguin Parade Visitor Centre.
The EOI submissions will need to demonstrate they have a background and experience in but not limited to:
Major construction and fit out works
Civil infrastructure and services works
Landscape construction works
Working as the principal contractor
Managing a large sub-contractor team
Building in regional Victoria
Building within coastal environments
Building within sensitive areas (both culturally and environmentally)
Building in a live, operating environment
Working to program constraints and staging requirements
The Principal's Representative, AECOM, on behalf of the Phillip Island Nature Parks, invites suitable construction principals to submit an EOI for the Works as described in the EOI documents.
