Module and Structural Steel Fabrication

⁠⁠⁠Procurement, supply, shop-detailing, fabrication, assembly, loadout and optional shipping of nominated modules, flat packed assemblies and associated loose steelwork (totalling ~ 15,000 to 20,000 tonnes) including but not limited to:

* The supply of all labour, materials, consumables, services, plant, equipment and facilities required to fabricate, assemble and loadout structural steel modules, flat packed assemblies and associated loose steelwork items;

* The provision of project and fabrication management including planning, reporting, inspections, testing, material control and inspection, document management, and release certification;

* Procurement, receipting, expediting, transport, handling and warehousing of all local or imported materials (e.g. free issued metallic and non-metallic liners etc.) required for the scope of work;

* Welder and weld procedure qualification, inspection and testing of all steelwork and material data records;

* Shop-detailing (using Smart Plant 3D natives for integration into contractors shop detailing packages), fabrication and surface treatment of all steelwork for nominated modules, flat pack assemblies and associated loose shipped items including fabrication of grillage for sea and road transportation, construction frames, spreader bars and lifting beams;

* Selective module preassembly, trial assembly, disassembly and installation of Company provided items, materials and permanent signage;

* Storage, preservation, preparation and packaging of all steelwork ready for ocean and land transport in compliance with relevant quarantine requirements, supply of all cranage, rigging equipment, lift studies, certificates, approvals, permits and clearances;

* Loadout of modules, flat packed assemblies and loose steelwork items to the fabrication yard’s quay, delivered free alongside ship FAS (incoterms 2010);

* Optional ocean transport of fabricated modules, flat packed assemblies and loose shipped items from the fabricator’s quay, delivered CIF (incoterms 2010) to Port Hedland.
