Tender Description
Works to be constructed under this Contract comprise construction of a new amenities block containing a canteen, community room, storage, changing facilities and public toilets, demolition of existing building containing public toilets, supply and installation of temporary connection for all electrical assets that are currently housed within the existing amenities building, relocation of park lighting equipment and irrigation controls from the existing building to the new main switchboard and associated works including the supply of all labour, materials, plant and equipment for the construction.
The Works and the extent of work to be carried out shall be all as set out and/or described in the Contract and related Specification(s) and Drawings.
