Tender Description
Council is in partnership with Sport and Recreation Victoria (SRV), Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA), AFL, AFL Victoria and Old Melbournian Football Club (OMFC) to redevelop the No. 1 Oval Precinct at Elsternwick Park. The broader project includes the delivery of a new two storey Pavilion (with surrounding landscaping and minor works) and a reconstructed Sports Ground Oval.
This tender relates only to the reconstruction of the No. 1 Sports Ground Oval.
Council has worked with Endeavour Turf Consulting to design the new sports ground oval and complete Tender Documentation. As such, Council now seek submissions from suitably qualified and experience Head Contractors for the full reconstruction of the new sports ground oval.
