As part of Manningham City Council's Capital Works Program, it is proposed to construct a pedestrian refuge which aligns with Council's bicycle strategy.
The project involves the construction of two perambulator crossings and the installation of a pedestrian refuge within the centre median located on High Street, north of Ayr Street.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
