Tender Description
Council invites interested operators to submit an Expression of Interest to lease and manage two tennis courts located in Burwood Park, Burwood. The lease would be for a 5 year period with an option to renew for 5 years at Council's sole discretion.
Please note there are two site meetings held at the following times;
10.00.a.m. Tuesday 9/05/17 and 2.00.p.m. Wednesday 10/05/17.
It is compulsory to attend one of these meetings.
