Tender Description
Tourism Australia requires the following services:
a) Develop the design of an exhibition stand, working drawings and visuals, closely following the event brief supplied by Tourism Australia.
b) Project Management of Tourism Australia’s presence at the IMEX America event, presenting a clear plan and cost structure to be signed off prior to any work commencing by the appropriate Tourism Australia delegate.
c) Manufacture and provision of all required exhibition stand components
d) Transportation/ freight of all stand components to and from the event and associated staff demands for installation of exhibition stand, and support staff during set up and during the event itself.
e) Storage of stand elements when not needed
f) Reporting and invoicing
