The Catholic Archdiocese Melbourne invites expressions of interest (EOI) from Building Contractors for the proposed alterations and additions at St Kevin's Primary School, 120 Hallam Road, Hampton Park.

The project includes the following key components:
* Construction of new Prep Learning Centre of approximately 400 m2 and associated decks and covered ways totally approximately 100 m2
* Refurbishment to approximately 430 m2 of the existing Administration Building and a 100 m2 extension.
* External works and services including new pathways and modification to existing carpark and driveways.

The project will be constructed in two phases to allow the school to function while construction is underway.

The architect will evaluate Expression of Interest submissions received, and shortlist up to six Building Contractors to invite tenders for the project. Registration of interest does not imply inclusion on the tender list. Tender documents will be issued in late May 2017.

The evaluation and assessment will be in accordance with the following criteria:
* Capability & experience in type and scale of work
* Financial capability
* References re previous performance
* Resources and availability to tender and commence construction in Mid 2017.
