Tender Description
Council invites tenders from suitably experienced registered building companies for the refurbishment of the Town’s Administrative Centre and Council Chambers.
The works comprise refurbishment of an existing two storey building internally, small building extension, new platform lift and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.

Tenderers are required to attend a Tender Briefing on Monday 8th May 2017 at 10am.
Tenders must be contained in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, endorsed with the appropriate tender number, deposited in the Tender Box located at 1 Council Place, East Fremantle, WA.
Tenders close 3:30 pm on Friday, 26th May 2017.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
