Tender Description
The scope of works for this contract includes all programmed and reactive services for Councils automated door and gate assets located on Council land. These works include, but are not limited to:
* Routine inspection and testing of automated doors and gates to meet AS 5007 -2007
* Reactive repairs and maintenance
* New installations
* Maintenance of asset register
* Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - Excel file preparation with greed formatting & data
* Commissioning of new or refurbished equipment
