Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Stage 1 of the Construction of a Shared Path in Serpells Road.
Stage 1 works are between Killibury Ct. to School Crossing in Templestowe.
The works comprise the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the construction works.
The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents and includes the following items:
* Removal of existing pavement, pipe culvert, concrete hardstand, concrete footpath and nature strip within the works area;
* Construction of concrete shared path, associated drainage works, kerbs, timber sleeper retaining wall, timber fence, timber bollards, regrading of vehicle crossings, regrading of table drain and other minor drainage works;
* Reinstatement of vehicle crossings, nature strip and other disturbed areas.
