Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the supply of all materials, plant, equipment and labour necessary for the upgrade of an existing concrete pathway including demolition works, subsoil drainage works, concrete ramp and path construction, supply and installation of associated steel handrails, fencing, gates and balustrades, sandstone block wall and signage works. Works are at Forsyth Park, Montpelier Street, Neutral Bay.

Tender documents are also available in hardcopy for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set, from North Sydney Council at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
A pre-tender meeting will be held on site at Forsyth Park, Montpelier Street, Neutral Bay on Thursday 27th April commencing at 11am.
Submissions must be submitted no later than 4.00pm on Thursday 11th May 2017, via the Electronic Tender Box.
