Tender Description
The work is adjacent to a Preschool which will be in limited use between 1st July and 17th July 2017 during school holidays. The majority of works MUST be complete by Friday 14th July 2017 to allow for fire exit and safe usage requirements.
Council is now seeking quotes from suitably experienced contractors to complete the works.
Scope of Work
The scope and order of works are as follows:
* Contractor to register with Council's WH&S system BNG Conserve.
* Contractor to Dial before you dig to understand the location of existing underground services.
* Contractor to complete works.
The Hold Points include:
* Contractor to register with Council's WH&S system BNG Conserve.
* Submit Environmental Management Plan and Safety Management Plan
* Any hold points identified in related specifications as supplied by KMC
* Inspection of sub-grades prior to fill.
* Inspection of sub-base prior to fill (with reinforcement laid prior to concrete pours).
* Final Inspection after all work has been completed.
